Refund Policy

Try before you buy
Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with 10 products per scrape and 3 scrapes per day. The trial requires no payment method and is intended specifically so you can verify that WooScraper works on the stores you care about before upgrading. We strongly encourage you to use the trial — once you upgrade, the standard policy below applies.
Standard policy
Because subscriptions activate immediately and digital data (scraped products, exports) is delivered the moment you use the Service, paid plans are generally non-refundable once activated. The free trial gives you ample opportunity to test the Service before any money changes hands.
Cases where we will refund
We will issue a refund — full or partial as applicable — in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same plan within 24 hours.
- Payment without activation. Your payment was verified by our system but the corresponding subscription was not applied to your account, and we cannot resolve the activation within 48 hours.
- Sustained service-side outage. Documented downtime exceeding 48 cumulative hours within the first 7 days of a paid term that we cannot resolve.
- Cancellation within the cooling-off window. You request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, in good faith, and have not used any paid scrapes during that window.
Cases where refunds are not issued
- A specific store turning out to be unscrapeable. The free trial is provided so you can confirm scrapeability before purchase.
- Change of mind after using paid scrapes.
- Account suspension or termination for breach of our Terms of Service.
- Payments made on the Free Trial plan (no payment is taken).
- Issues caused by third-party stores adding bot protection mid-term.
How to request a refund
Email support@watshop.in from the email address registered on your WooScraper account, and include:
- Your account email
- The payment reference code (e.g.
WSC-XXXXXX)
- Method of payment (UPI or USDT)
- The reason you are requesting the refund
We respond to refund requests within 2 working days.
Processing time
- UPI refunds: 3–7 business days, returned to the source UPI account.
- USDT refunds: 1–2 business days, sent back to the originating wallet on the same network. Network fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Disputes
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect, reply to the support thread and we will review the case. We respond to escalations within 7 working days.
