These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of WooScraper ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WooScraper is a web-based tool that retrieves publicly accessible product data from WooCommerce and WordPress storefronts and exports it to common formats, including CSV, JSON, the WooCommerce Product Importer schema, and the Shopify Product Importer schema.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us at support@watshop.in immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must:
robots.txt, terms of service, and reasonable rate limits.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with no refund for the unused term.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial limited to 10 products per scrape and 3 scrapes per day. The trial does not require a payment method and does not auto-convert into a paid plan. When the trial ends, scraping access is suspended until you choose a paid plan.
Paid plans are sold as fixed-term subscriptions (for example, 30 days or 365 days). Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually purchase a new term to continue paid access.

Each invoice is generated with a unique reference code. Payments are auto-verified by our system from inbound bank or exchange confirmation emails (typically within minutes). Pricing displayed at the moment of purchase applies to that purchase only; we may change pricing for future purchases at any time.

The Service retrieves data from third-party websites we neither own nor control. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legality of accessing any specific store. The lawfulness of scraping any particular target is your responsibility.
The Service — including its source code, design, branding, copy, and documentation — is owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during the term of your subscription.
The product data you extract belongs to its original publisher. We make no claim over that data and grant you no rights in it; your right to use it is governed by the source store's terms and applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific store will be successfully scrapeable. Many stores deploy bot protection that will prevent extraction; this is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and any pending exports may be lost.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your account address or via a notice in the application. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in India.
